Yes, shipping costs are included in the print price. Your print will be dispatched from my print lab in the UK, Europe or USA within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Prints are shipped unframed, (except bespoke framed orders), for efficiency and quality assurance using trusted and reputable international couriers. Each print is carefully wrapped in two sheets of protective paper and sent in a sturdy cardboard tube sealed at both ends.

Due to each photo being printed to order, we are unable to offer refunds if you simply change your mind once your order has begun processing. If you would like to amend your order after finalising the payment, please send an email to info@drewsproule.com

If a print arrives damaged upon delivery, a replacement print will be made and shipped to you free of cost if you can show that it was damaged in transit (before arrival)! Please send email to info@drewsproule.com
